Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. For the convenience of our patients, we accept Visa and MasterCard, as well as offer third party financing through CareCredit. We also offer a ten percent discount for Seniors. Payment is required at the time services are rendered.
A member of our staff will review our payment options with you to find an option that best accommodates your financial needs. If special arrangements are needed, our Office Manager will be happy to speak with you prior to receiving services.
We are a preferred provider for United Concordia and Delta Dental of New Mexico. For your convenience, we will submit all insurance claims for you. We will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits. While you are personally responsible for your account, we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 30 days. Any questions or concerns can be addressed by our Office Manager.
